The Volkswagen Polo secured the lead in car sales in Brazil during the first half of September 2024, recording a total of 5,446 units sold. The model managed to surpass its heavyweight competitors, establishing itself as the best-selling car in the country during this period.
Just behind the VW Polo, the Hyundai HB20 secured second place, with 4,723 units sold. The third spot was occupied by the Volkswagen T-Cross, with 3,741 units sold. These numbers demonstrate Volkswagen’s dominance in the national market, with two models among the top three.
In fourth place, the Fiat Argo also showed solid performance, with 3,491 sales, followed by the Chevrolet Onix, which totaled 3,153 units, closing the top 5 best-selling cars by the middle of September.
