According to InfoMoney, the national leadership of the city in Santa Catarina was driven by urban expansion, new high-standard developments, tourism, and the available space for real estate growth.
Even with the strength of Balneário Camboriú, the advancement of Itapema indicates a shift among neighboring markets, especially in areas that combine coastal location, luxury launches, and demand for property with asset appreciation.
Ratinho’s assets include other properties
In addition to the beachfront house at Canto da Praia, Ratinho is also associated with a unit in Horizon Palace, a luxury development located in Meia Praia, one of the most well-known areas of Itapema.
According to the developer cited by ND Mais, a unit in the building is listed for R$ 6.9 million, with four suites, four parking spaces, and layouts of up to 227.85 m² of private area.
Public estimates suggest that the presenter’s fortune may reach R$ 1 billion, although the exact value of the assets has no official confirmation publicly attributed to Ratinho himself.
