Launched in January last year, the technology program of Alagoas, OxeTech, is offering 100 job openings for students
Through the Secretary of Science, Technology and Innovation (Secti), the Government of Alagoas launched a project with one hundred job openings in the technology field. The proposal, aimed at both high school and university students, offers scholarships worth R$ 1,500.00 for six months, with the possibility of hiring by one of the partner companies of the Innovation Center of the Technological Pole (CIPT), initially for 12 months.

Candidates who secure the job openings related to technology will receive training through the collaboration between Secti and the University Foundation for Development of Extension and Research (Fundepes). Simultaneously, while students are being qualified, they must also perform activities at the selected company.
According to Silvio Bulhões, Secretary of Secti, the program aims to directly integrate the preparation of students for the job openings available in the technology market, in addition to stimulating the economy of the state of Alagoas.
“O OxeTech Work is a program that focuses on fostering the Alagoas economy, through a direct integration between student training and job openings in the technological and innovative market, transferring income, creating jobs, and qualifying the population,” declares Silvio.
