More than 2300 slots in free technical courses in the areas of maintenance, environment, construction, logistics, technology, and much more are being offered by IFB – Federal Institute of Brasília. The registrations for the selection process for the first semester of 2022 are for high school students, adult education students, or individuals who have already completed their studies. The slots for the free technical courses cover the IFB units in Brasília, Ceilândia, Estrutural, Gama, Planaltina, Recanto das Emas, Riacho Fundo, Samambaia, São Sebastião, and Taguatinga. Classes are scheduled to start on April 4, 2022.
Technical Courses Integrated with High School: There are 896 slots aimed at students who have completed middle school and will enter high school. Applicants must be under 18 years old.

Senai will pay for you to take a course: in partnership with Petrobras, the program offers 4,000 free spots in technical courses with a certificate recognized by the MEC and a monthly allowance of up to R$ 800 to train professionals for the Brazilian industry.

The courses are: Information Technology, Events, Electronics, Occupational Safety, Food, Chemistry, Automotive Maintenance, Environment, Agriculture, Audio and Video Production, Kitchen, Hospitality, Environmental Management, Furniture Design, Administration, Educational System Development, and Electromechanics.
Technical Courses Integrated with High School for Youth and Adults (Proeja): There are 320 slots reserved for students over 18 years old who have completed middle school and do not have high school.
The courses offered in this modality are: Environment, Administration, Audio and Video Production, Restaurant and Bar, Construction, Secretarial Work, and Handicrafts.
Subsequent and Concurrent Technical Course in Alternating Regime: Those living in rural areas with a completed high school (subsequent) or are currently enrolled in high school (concurrent) can apply.
There are 50 slots for the Agroindustry course, which will be offered at the Planaltina campus.
Subsequent Technical Course (In-Person and Distance Learning): There are 1,139 slots available for individuals who have completed high school.
The courses offered are: Events, System Development, Administration, Public Services, Biomedical Equipment, Electronics, Automotive Maintenance, Logistics, Agriculture, Audio and Video Production, Gastronomy, Baking, Environmental Management, Construction, School Secretarial Work, Secretarial Studies, Educational System Development, Electromechanics, Computer Maintenance and Support, and Clothing.
