A Total of 270 Thousand Spots Will Be Offered Through the Qualifica Mulher Project. The Free Courses Are Designed to Train and Insert Women in Situations of Vulnerability into the Labor Market
Entrepreneurship, financial education, digital marketing, crafts, sewing, and beauty. These are the topics of the free courses offered by the Ministry of Women, Family, and Human Rights (MMFDH) for 270 thousand women in social vulnerability. There are 10 thousand spots available for each state in the country, and registrations are open. The initiative is a partnership with the Entrepreneurial Alliance Association (AE).

The training sessions are an initiative of the National Secretariat for Women’s Policies (SNPM). Priority will be given to women with a monthly income of up to one and a half minimum wages, who are currently enrolled or have completed elementary or high school, or have no formal education.

Senai will pay for you to take a course: in partnership with Petrobras, the program offers 4,000 free spots in technical courses with a certificate recognized by the MEC and a monthly allowance of up to R$ 800 to train professionals for the Brazilian industry.

Senac and Senai offer courses with scholarships of up to R$ 1,500 in areas such as sales, cashier operator, electrical, welding, CNC lathe, construction, telemarketing, and reception.

Qualifica Mulher
Established by Ordinance No. 3,175/20 of the MMFDH, the Qualifica Mulher project aims to form a network of partnerships with the Public Authority and private institutions. The goal is to promote professional qualification, work, and entrepreneurship actions to generate employment and income for women in social vulnerability.
The project’s areas of focus include “Qualifica Capacita – professional qualification and training,” “Qualifica Empreende – training for entrepreneurship,” and “Qualifica Concretiza – a pathway to employability and encouragement for microcredit for entrepreneurs.”
