Registrations Open for the Young Apprentice Entrepreneur Project Aimed at Candidates Living in Salvador, Bahia, Seeking Their First Job

Do you have no experience and are looking for your first job? Then check out the 300 open positions in the Young Apprentice Entrepreneur project to work in Bahia, an initiative aimed at providing adolescents and young people with professional training and opportunities for entering the job market.

Prerequisites to Participate in the Young Apprentice Entrepreneur Program:

Live in Salvador;
Be between 14 and 22 years and six months old;
Be a student of a Public School;
Be enrolled in or have completed at least the 9th grade (elementary) or high school;
Have no failures in any subject;
Have a Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) without any employment registration;
Have a proven family income of up to half a minimum wage per person;
Be available to attend project activities outside of school hours if still a student.

The Selection Process for Young Apprentice Positions in Bahia Will Occur Based on the Following Stages:

1st Stage – Registration;
2nd Stage – Analysis of candidates’ documents;
3rd Stage – Cognitive Evaluation: writing a text on a digital platform;
4th Stage – Individual Interview via Videoconference.
