The Young Apprentice Entrepreneur project is developed through the city government of Salvador (Bahia), via the Municipal Secretary of Labor, Sports, and Leisure (Semtel), in partnership with the Social Park, a training entity recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

The initiative offers theoretical and practical training as a Young Apprentice in the role of Administrative Assistant, aiming to develop knowledge and skills relevant to the professional, personal, and social lives of the participants.
Prerequisites to Participate in the Young Apprentice Entrepreneur Program:
- Live in Salvador;
- Be between 14 and 22 years and six months old;
- Be a student of a Public School;
- Be enrolled in or have completed at least the 9th grade (elementary) or high school;
- Have no failures in any subject;
- Have a Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) without any employment registration;
- Have a proven family income of up to half a minimum wage per person;
- Be available to attend project activities outside of school hours if still a student.
The Selection Process for Young Apprentice Positions in Bahia Will Occur Based on the Following Stages:
- 1st Stage – Registration;
- 2nd Stage – Analysis of candidates’ documents;
- 3rd Stage – Cognitive Evaluation: writing a text on a digital platform;
- 4th Stage – Individual Interview via Videoconference.
