The Young Entrepreneur Apprentice project is developed through the city of Salvador (Bahia), through the Municipal Department of Work, Sports and Leisure (Semtel), in partnership with Parque Social, a training entity recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
The initiative offers theoretical and practical training as a Young Apprentice in the role of Administrative Assistant, seeking to develop knowledge and skills that are relevant to the professional, personal and social life of the participants.
Prerequisites to participate in the Young Entrepreneur Apprentice Program:
- Living in Salvador;
- Be aged between 14 and 22 years and six months;
- Being a student at a public school;
- Be studying from the 9th grade (elementary) or high school in progress / completed;
- Not having dependency on any discipline;
- Have a Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) without hiring record;
- Have proven family income of up to half a minimum wage per person;
- Be available to attend Project activities on the opposite shift to the one enrolled in a regular public school, if still a student.
The Selection Process for Young Apprentice vacancies in Bahia will take place based on the following steps:
- 1st Step – Enrollment;
- 2nd Stage – Analysis of the candidates' documents;
- 3rd Stage – Cognitive Assessment: writing a text on a digital platform;
- 4th Stage – Individual interview by videoconference.
