Entrepreneur Announces $400 Billion Investment Plan to Build Telosa, A New Futuristic City in the United States Desert.

In this article, we will explore Telosa, an ambitious project for a futuristic city planned for the Nevada desert in the United States. The visionary mind behind this initiative is billionaire Marc Lore, who is committed to making his boldest dreams come true, with the construction of Telosa being a remarkable example. While some consider Telosa a utopian concept, Lore demonstrates firm determination to bring this futuristic vision to life.

Telosa Futuristic City Project Is Expected to Cost $400 Billion

The futuristic city, which is perfect, environmentally friendly and also promises autonomous vehicles, seems impossible; however, the Telosa project is real. This 40-year project consists solely of utopias, each more amazing than the last.

It will take $400 billion to bring this project to fruition. Marc Lore is viewed by the public as the man who makes his wildest dreams come true, just as Elon Musk dreams of colonizing Mars.

Marc’s project is more realistic but equally ambitious. At 50, the entrepreneur has a massive fortune, and apart from the futuristic city project in the desert, he has an impressive academic background and certain predispositions for entrepreneurship.

Telosa would need to be built from scratch, and this city would offer a reformed version of capitalism, aiming to reduce social inequalities to the maximum. The construction population will have equal access to healthcare and education.

The goal is to welcome people of different genders, races, sexual orientations, and religious and political beliefs. The futuristic desert city will be powered by solar energy, and the taxes paid by residents will aim to improve the city’s infrastructure. All land will be owned by the city, although everyone can build their own house there and sell it as they wish.

First Residents Are Expected to Be Welcomed by 2030

Regarding its unique horizon, Telosa is built with lattice buildings, it is also expected to have photovoltaic roofs, elevated water tanks, and aeroponic farms that will serve to supply the city. Green spaces are at the center of Telosa, where numerous power plants can be found, along with reservoirs for storing the city’s water, and the roads should be primarily built for bicycles and pedestrians.

The billionaire expects that the first residents can be welcomed by 2030. It is important to understand the full scope of this futuristic construction that is inspired by an economic thought current from the 19th century.

According to Marc, the immense disparities in wealth among the population have been destroying the United States for several years and the Telosa project in the desert would be the ideal solution. There is no better way to preserve the country than to create a private foundation to buy nearly 81,000 acres and build a city for 5 million inhabitants.

This construction falls within an ecological and environmentally friendly approach. The quality of life of Telosa’s residents remains a priority, and Marc hopes to create a city with the energy and culture of New York, combined with the efficiency and innovation of Tokyo, adding sustainability, stability, and the public services of a country like Sweden.

The City Built in the Desert Will Be Ecologically Correct

For now, this city can only be imagined in computer-generated images available on the project website or on social media. These visuals depict tall buildings with glass walls.

The construction would be developed sustainably and ecologically, ensuring residents a quality of life above average. All residents of Telosa should be able to travel from their homes to their workplaces or schools in less than a quarter of an hour.

The entrepreneur also intends to implement a participatory governance system, where companies could carry out real estate projects on municipal land, however, a private foundation would own the land.

Payments should be used to fund the public services of the futuristic desert city, a kind of reinvented Capitalism among the various aspects of our society, ranging from Leisure to transportation.
