Application
The new hires are being made through the Worker Agencies of Ortigueira, Telêmaco Borba, and Imbaú – the area covered by the factory.
“The companies contracted for industrial construction and assembly are open to establish partnerships with the Worker Agencies, seeking to simplify processes and improve the way job openings are advertised so that everyone with conditions for employment has the same opportunity for a new job,” says Sales Bueno, manager of People and Management of Project Puma II.
In addition to recruitment at the agencies in the mentioned municipalities, a bus will travel through the region to other nearby cities and districts, the Mobile Worker Agency. “The mobile bus will go to nearby districts to recruit workers who are unable to travel to a worker agency,” explains Secretary Ney Leprevost.
The Sejuf also informed that there is no specific schedule for this process. If not all vacancies are filled in the region, Sejuf says it will expand the job offerings to agencies in other cities in the state.
