The group Toniolo has been operating for over 10 years in projects related to tailings dam maintenance, being the PIONEER in the development and construction of amphibious excavators used in Brazil. It also developed tailings handling techniques with the help of amphibious excavators, which allowed several dams to increase their useful life because, with the technique developed by the group, the occupation of tailings in the dam is controlled and planned, guaranteeing the quality of the water and increasing the mechanical stability of the tailings.
