Santander has opened registrations for the Santander Digital Immersion program, which will distribute 60,000 free online programming course scholarships. The initiative, carried out in partnership with Alura and FIAP Para Empresas, is aimed at beginners in the technology field, professionals in career transition, or individuals already working who wish to update or expand their skills.
The courses are offered 100% online, with a certificate of completion, and do not require prior knowledge in technology. Registrations are open until September 14, 2025, on the official Santander Open Academy website.

Stages of the Santander Digital Immersion Program
The selection will be made in three main stages, according to the performance of applicants during the process:

- Participation in the initial training path at Alura
- Selection of the 350 best participants for a premium immersion of 16 weeks
