In the Amazon rainforest, far from any urban center, Mr. Antônio, 83, and Mrs. Zenaide, 78, live a routine that catches attention for its simplicity and resilience. Farming Continues Even After 80
Even at 83 years old, Mr. Antônio continues to take care of the crops, clearing the land and performing activities that require daily physical effort. Mrs. Zenaide also actively participates in the routine, helping with food preparation and daily tasks.
In addition to agricultural work, Mr. Antônio also crafts fishing nets by hand, following knowledge passed down from generation to generation.
