Course Details
Developed by the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship, the course offers a workload of 60 hours and is available for 60 days. Certification will be issued by the Enap – National School of Public Administration. The course, taught in Portuguese, is open to all interested parties, especially federal, municipal, and state public agents who wish to enhance their communication skills.
