Brazilian Army reaches a new level by receiving the first 100% national EOD robot to disarm explosives and reduce risks in UN missions; this unprecedented technology will be used by the 6th Combat Engineering Battalion in high-complexity operations.
According to data released by Audi, the set allows reaching up to 55 km/h on water.
The equipment’s proposal is to deliver a high-tech water leisure experience, with adjustable driving matched to the user’s profile and tracking of essential information during use.
Versions and Prices in Brazil
The sale of the electric “flying” board in the country is done by order, with requests at dealerships.
There are four versions, with the following reported prices:
- Airfly: R$ 245 thousand
- Performance (83L): R$ 285 thousand

The mid-range includes Performance and Adventure, while Airfly is the entry-level option, and Competition is the most expensive.
Remote Control and Ride Modes
The electric “flying” board is controlled by a remote control with a color screen, which displays speed, distance, usage time, and battery level.
In addition, the system offers three riding modes, described as adaptable to different user profiles.
In practice, this means that the experience can be adjusted for those seeking a more comfortable and progressive ride or for those wanting to explore more performance within the limits of the equipment.
Batteries, Autonomy, and Charging Time
Audi informs two battery options for the electric “flying” board, with differences in autonomy and weight:
Light battery: autonomy of up to 20 kilometers, equivalent to about 60 minutes of use
Higher capacity battery: autonomy of up to 40 kilometers, reaching two hours of use
For a complete charge, the times vary between 75 and 120 minutes when using an industrial charger, according to the specifications released.
Recommended Training Before Autonomous Use
Before allowing autonomous use, the manufacturer recommends a one-day practical training with certified instructors.
The guidance emphasizes that, despite the leisure proposal, it is a powerful piece of equipment, with a high speed for the aquatic environment.
Launch in Ceará and Showcase at the Audi e-tron Experience
The public presentation of the electric “flying” board was a highlight at the first edition of the Audi e-tron Experience, held from December 3 to 6, at Praia do Preá, in Ceará.
Would you have the courage to pay up to R$ 298 thousand for an electric “flying” board for leisure, or does that price put the product in a “brand new car” category that is hard to justify?

É só prá quem tem muito dinheiro!!!
