Banco Pan has opened applications for the DiversiData Tech PAN Bootcamp, a program aimed at training new professionals who can work with data processing and analysis. The initiative came from a partnership between the bank and the Information Management and Technology Institute (IGTI) and is now in its second edition, aiming to provide 100 full-time scholarships.

In its first edition, the bank’s initiative recorded over 20,000 applications, and for this year, the project is primarily focused on training professionals from low-income backgrounds and minority groups, in addition to also focusing on diversity. The bootcamp is an online course on data processing and analysis, which lasts for 10 weeks. Students learn everything about data and analytics during the program, ranging from the basics to advanced concepts. Register For Banco Pan’s Scholarship Program
Those interested in applying for the program must fill out an electronic form with information such as full name, CPF, address, phone number, email, academic background, among others, on the DiversiData Tech PAN page. The selection process will be conducted through a qualifying exam, and the results will be sent to the candidates via email.
Applicants have until May 1 to submit their applications, and the professional development program is set to start on the 5th of the same month. In total, there are 148 hours of content that includes recorded video lessons, challenges, and weekly live classes via videoconference. Additionally, there is the opportunity to network with teachers and peers.
Future professionals study theory and also engage in practical work. At the end of the course, they receive certificates, with the possibility of being directed to job vacancies at Banco Pan. As the training starts with basic concepts in the field, there are no technical prerequisites to apply for the scholarship selection process. The classes are entirely online, allowing people from all over Brazil to participate in the selection process.
