Boticário and Alura Offer 400 Slots for Technology Course. The First 200 Scholarships Will Prioritize Women, Non-Binary Individuals, Black People, and Former Public School Students
Boticário, the giant of the Brazilian cosmetics industry, started on October 18th the registrations for 400 slots in free online professional qualification courses with certificates. The program will begin in January 2022, and there is a possibility of hiring for outstanding students.

In Brazil, which has the highest deficit among 10 evaluations of Latin American countries, it is estimated that by 2024 more than 300,000 professionals will be needed in the technology field. Among the professionals benefited by the partnership, those who excel will leave with guaranteed employment.
As in the previous edition, half of the slots (200) will be exclusively dedicated to women and Black individuals, aiming to reduce the gender and racial gap in the technology sector in Brazil.

The previous edition of Desenvolve, held this year, saw over 8,300 applicants, with 67.9% being women and 73.2% Black or mixed-race individuals.

There will be 400 slots, with 300 for Full Stack Developer training, 50 for Data Analysts, and 50 for DevOps.
Requirements: To apply for the Programa Desenvolve 2022, you must be over 18 years old, have completed high school, and have a maximum income of 1.5 minimum wage per capita. There is no requirement for proficiency in the English language or any qualification in the technology field.
