Bradesco Has Hundreds of Internship Openings for University Students. Those Approved in the Program Will Enjoy Various Benefits.
The Bradesco internship program 2022 has new internship openings for university students spread across the country. The opportunities are available in various sectors within the Bradesco group companies. This 2nd cycle covers almost the entire country, with only the states of Paraíba and Tocantins not being included at this time.
Requirements to Participate in the Bradesco Internship Program
Because the internship openings are divided among the Bradesco Group companies, the consulting firm responsible for the selection process developed a map to organize the information. Therefore, it is necessary to select your state to check which companies have opportunities for university students.
The program is aimed at those who are in their 2nd semester of a bachelor’s degree, 1st semester of a technologist course, or 1st semester of Pedagogy. It is also necessary to be available for internships of 20, 25, or 30 hours per week for 2 years. If your university allows participation in an internship program only in the final year, the duration of the program is halved.

Applications for the Bradesco Internship Program
The Bradesco internship program will feature a learning path developed by Unibrad, the corporate university of the Bank. With this path, university students will have the chance to develop behavioral and technical skills. The technical skills include training in communication, immersion in corporate culture, and personal finance.
The behavioral skills are related to the abilities needed for good job performance and maintaining good relationships with the team. Additionally, university students will have the chance to share their experiences. Periodic meetings will be held where everyone can speak. Thus, Bradesco can assess if any modifications are necessary.
To apply for the internship openings, university students must access the Bradesco page by July 28. The selection process will be fully online and consists of Assessments, Interviews, Group Dynamics, and Admission Process.
