The Dodge D950 truck is an icon of Brazilian roads, produced during the 1970s and early 1980s.

This particular model featured a turbocharged MWM 229 engine, air brakes, and a Clark transmission, which includes a low range button acting directly on the differential.

Additionally, the mixed wood and metal body reinforced the vehicle’s durability and versatility, characteristics that were indispensable for truck drivers of the time.

The vehicle, found in poor condition, was the starting point for a surprising transformation. According to the project leaders, the goal was not only to restore the truck but also to bring back an important piece of Brazilian automotive history.
