The Chinese revolution on four wheels has just gained new representatives in Brazil. Omoda & Jaecoo, brands of the Chery International group, made their official debut in the country with two models that are already available at 50 exclusive stores, according to CNN.

Although they share the physical space of dealerships, the two brands are distinct and promise to appeal to audiences with different profiles, but with one thing in common: cutting-edge technology and competitive pricing.

Omoda E5: Electric SUV for R$ 209,990

Ideal for those seeking 100% electric mobility, the Omoda E5 has a similar size to the Fiat Fastback and offers:

  • Range of 345 km (Inmetro standard)
  • 204 HP and immediate torque
  • Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds
  • Two 12.3″ screens, sound system with 6 speakers, and 50W induction charger
