With Courses, Job Openings, and Career Support, the New São Paulo Government Platform Facilitates Digital Access to the Formal Labor Market.
The São Paulo Government officially launched on Tuesday (8) the Trampolim platform, a new digital tool that promises to make life easier for those seeking a job, wanting to qualify, or looking for a re-entry into the job market.
The proposal is simple and straightforward: to centralize all available opportunities in the state in one place.
The platform is free and is already in operation. It brings together job vacancies, vocational courses, and various support services for workers, such as career guidance, resume writing, and interview preparation. The address is www.trampolim.sp.gov.br.

Everything in One Digital Environment
With Trampolim, any citizen can access open job vacancies, view courses with available enrollment, and create a professional development plan based on their goals and interests.
The system also integrates data from programs like Qualifica SP, SuperAção SP, and Caminhos da Capacitação, all maintained by the State Government.
By concentrating initiatives in a single interface, the platform facilitates access to information and reduces bureaucracy for those needing to qualify and find work.
Training is offered both in-person and remotely, covering all regions of São Paulo.
At the time of the launch, there were 6,785 vacancies in free courses and 1,700 job opportunities available.
All of this with simple and accessible navigation, designed to work on different devices, including mobile phones.
Connection with the Market and Partners
In addition to services for workers, Trampolim also connects to a network of companies, educational institutions, training centers, associations, and social organizations.
These partners help feed the platform with courses, vacancies, and useful content.
Companies, in turn, can register opportunities, indicate the desired profiles, participate in the creation of training paths, and find candidates that align with their needs.
It’s a trade-off: while professionals access job vacancies and courses, companies find talents already in the qualification process.
Focus on Practicality and Technology
Trampolim is more than just a job showcase. It functions as an intelligent connection system among the main stakeholders in the labor market.
By registering their profile, users can receive recommendations for courses that match their objectives or better prepare for job openings in their region.
Additionally, the use of market data helps guide public policies and company decisions. With the available information, it is possible to identify which sectors need more professionals, which courses are in greatest demand, and where the largest opportunities are located.
