Dexco Is Looking for Professionals Interested in Participating in Career Acceleration Program at the Company

Dexco, a company present in the daily lives of millions of Brazilians through products from brands like Deca, Portinari, Hydra, Duratex, Castelatto, Ceusa, and Durafloor, has job openings for people interested in participating in the DEXtination – Career Acceleration Program 2023.

Who Can Participate in Dexco’s Career Acceleration Program 2023

DEXtination is a program aimed at recent graduates who already have at least 3 years of work experience, which can include internships. See below for the other requirements to participate in the selection process.

  • Graduation (bachelor’s degree) completed between December 2020 and July 2022;
  • Courses/areas aligned with our business;
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience, including internships, junior companies, among others;
  • Advanced English (as per specific positions; desirable for others). Spanish will be considered a differential;
  • Willingness to relocate to any state in Brazil, where Dexco will offer the career acceleration program.

A new cycle of growth is being experienced by Dexco, and this cycle includes a new digital journey. In order to become a more modern, digital, open, dynamic, and integrated company, with a customer and end-consumer centered profile. Therefore, the company seeks individuals who share the same ideals.

Those approved to participate in the career acceleration program will receive a great salary of R$ 6,640.00 plus various benefits such as: profit sharing, health and dental assistance, private pension, meal voucher, and life insurance.

  • Applications (September and October 2022);
  • Online tests (September and October 2022);
  • Group dynamics (October and November 2022);
  • Panel + interview with managers (November 2022);
  • Final interviews (December 2022)
