The Date Is Approaching When The Mail Company Competition Will Be Released, One Of The Most Anticipated For This Year Of 2024. Proof Of This Is That Even The Preparations For Choosing The Organization Responsible For The Certification Are At The End.

According to information revealed by the Folha Dirigida portal, the deadline for submitting proposals to manage the competition ends this Tuesday (07). In total, three institutions submitted proposals: Fundação Cesgranrio, Cebraspe, and Idecan.

According to the cited site, proposals are expected to be opened this Wednesday (08), and it is possible that there are other organizations in the running, but their names have not been revealed. The confirmation of the chosen organization is expected to be made in August. In the last mail company competition, the responsibility for organizing the certification was handled by Cebraspe.

In total, there will be two notices for the competition. The dispute among the organizations reported in this article refers to the document that will address vacancies in positions such as mail carrier, attendant, etc.

High Salaries At The Mail Company

The salaries of those approved in the Mail Company Competition are expected to be high. This happens because there are careers, such as that of a work engineer, in which the starting salary is just over R$ 6,000, but the final salary reaches R$ 26,000.

For other positions, such as work safety assistant and technician, the salary reference varies. In this sense, some employees start earning R$ 2,256.18 and can reach up to R$ 11,934.73 at the end of their careers.

Benefits That Approved People Will Have

In addition to attractive salaries, those approved in the mail company competition will have access to various benefits while working at the institution. Among them are Meal/Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Childcare or Nanny Assistance; and Assistance for dependent children with physical disabilities.

Moreover, those approved are also expected to receive extensive outpatient medical and dental assistance for their legal dependents during the probation period. After the probation period, they will be entitled to shared medical and dental assistance and a Supplemental Pension Plan – POSTALPREV, through the Social Security Institute of the Mail Company – POSTALIS.
