The Ministry of Health Announced the Release of a Notice That Aims to Hire 1,889 Health Professionals. The Ministry Surprised Because Even with a Contest in Progress, It Published a Notice That Focuses on Hiring Professionals for Work in Federal Institutions and Hospitals.
According to the notice from the Ministry of Health, this selection process will be simplified and pertains to temporary vacancies for hospitals and federal institutions in Rio de Janeiro, while a public contest for these institutions is still ongoing.
The vacancies offered by the Ministry of Health are distributed among positions of different educational levels, from high school to higher education. Of these vacancies, 479 are for immediate filling and 1,410 are for the formation of a reserve list. According to the document, just like the vacancies, the salaries also vary, reaching up to R$11,000, depending on the position. These positions are also distributed among:

It is important to highlight that there is a reserve of vacancies for people with disabilities and black individuals, who, like the other selected candidates, will be hired for a period of up to six months, with the possibility of extension as provided by law.
Where Professionals Will Work
According to the notice, it will be the responsibility of the Hospital Management Department in the State of Rio de Janeiro to allocate the hired professionals. In this sense, the professionals may be assigned to one of the following units:
- Andaraí Federal Hospital (HFA)
- Bonsucesso Federal Hospital (HFB)
- Lagoa Federal Hospital (HFL)
- State Federal Servants Hospital (HFSE)
- Ipanema Federal Hospital (HFI)
- Cardoso Fontes Federal Hospital (HFCF)
- National Institute of Cardiology (INC)
- National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics (INTO)
- José Alencar Gomes da Silva National Cancer Institute (INCA)
The distribution of the approved candidates will be made according to the needs and availabilities of each unit.
How to Register for the Contest
Finally, the information is that the individual interested in registering will have from March 13 to 19 for this. Registration can be done through the website of the Carlos Chagas Institute, requiring the payment of a fee of R$12 for positions of the high school/technical level and R$15 for positions of the higher education level.
How the Exams Will Be
According to the notice, the selection process will be divided into two parts. In the first part, it will be verified whether the candidate meets the minimum requirements. After that, the titles and professional experience of each candidate will be evaluated. Each document will serve for a sum that will result in a ranking to be published on April 19.
