The Public Competition of PM-DF Is Currently Open and Offers More Than 2,1 Thousand Job Vacancies With Salaries That Can Reach R$ 6 Thousand.
The Public Competition of the Military Police of the Federal District (PM-DF 2023) is open for applications for the Training Course for the Ranks. In total, the competition has 2,100 job vacancies, where 700 are immediate and 1,400 for the reserve list. The remuneration during the training course is R$ 5,336.96 and, as a Soldier in the Combatants’ Ranks, this amount rises to R$ 6,081.28.

Applications for the public competition are being received through the AOCP Institute website since February 14 and will remain open until April 10. Interested candidates must pay a fee of R$ 85.00 to participate.
The organizing committee for this competition states that certain procedures must be followed at the time of registration. Black candidates planning to apply for public competition vacancies who wish to compete for the 20% reservation must indicate this on the form.

Understand How the PM-DF Exam Will Be Conducted
The PM-DF public competition will consist of six phases, which include an objective test, which is eliminatory and classificatory, a writing test, which is also classificatory and eliminatory, Physical Aptitude Test of eliminatory nature between August 24 and September 3, psychological evaluation, which is eliminatory on October 1, medical and dental evaluation between October 9 and 14, and Background Investigation and Social Investigation.
Another stage of the PM-DF competition will be the hetero-identification procedure. Exclusively for self-declared black candidates, it aims to verify whether the phenotype—meaning the physical characteristics—aligns with the statement made. This procedure is scheduled for October 15.
The objective test and writing test are set to take place on May 21. The Candidate Information Card will be accessible on the company’s website starting on the 12th. Candidates will have up to 5 hours to complete the test with 80 questions, equally divided between general knowledge and specific knowledge, totaling 80 points.

The general knowledge questions include 10 questions from Portuguese Language, 9 from Mathematics, 4 from English Language, 9 from Mathematics and Logical Reasoning, 10 from Legislation Applicable to the Military Police of the Federal District, and 7 from Current Events.
The specific knowledge section includes questions on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Military Criminal Procedure, Military Law, and Criminology.
The AOCP Institute will publish the preliminary answers and the question booklet on its website hours after the exam is conducted. The deadline for submitting appeals is from May 22 to 26, and the final answer key will be available on June 20. If the schedule is confirmed, the results of the competition will be announced on January 11 of the following year.
