The launch of this program, which promises to offer 50 hybrid vacancies in São Paulo, is scheduled to begin in March, with registrations open until February 14, standing out for including affirmative vacancies for PWDs.
A journey of development and opportunity
Candidates selected for the program will have the opportunity to dive into a comprehensive development path, guided by the expertise of the Copa Energia team. During the two-year internship, participants will be immersed in a variety of core topics such as time management and assertive communication in the first year, progressing to deeper topics such as emotional intelligence and innovation in the second year.
Sonia Rodrigues, Director of Copa Energia, highlights the value of the program: “It was designed with the vision of creating a talent pipeline for the company's entry-level positions and cultivating an environment of continuous development and learning.” The company's commitment to this objective is evidenced by the impressive success of 35% of interns in the last edition of the program, with 14 hired before the end of the contract. Sonia also highlights the objective of expanding the program to operational units in the second semester, maintaining a balance between new talents and veteran interns.

The program not only promises to enrich the professional development of interns, but also offers an attractive benefits package. With a 6-hour day, totaling 30 hours per week, interns will receive a monthly stipend of R$1.800,00, in addition to benefits such as meal vouchers, health and dental plans, life insurance and optional Gympass.
The Copa Energia Internship Program is open to higher education students scheduled to graduate in 2025.
