Who Can Apply?
The ELAS Constroem Project is specifically aimed at women interested in working in the construction sector, whether starting a new career or enhancing existing skills.
The aim is, therefore, to promote productive inclusion and increase women’s presence in different areas of the sector.
To participate, it is necessary to complete the pre-application through the profile analysis form, available starting February 9, 2026.
This process allows the organization to better understand the candidates and provide adequate support during the training.
The selection process considers the information provided in the form, aligning the participants’ profiles with the characteristics of each course. This way, the project ensures the spots are directed to those who genuinely want to qualify and work in the area.
How Does the Selection Process Work?
The selection process starts with filling out the ELAS Constroem form, an essential step for profile analysis. Based on this information, the organizing team evaluates the candidates’ data and defines the participants for each class.
Afterward, the selected participants will be notified to confirm their enrollment and participation in the inaugural class, scheduled for March 7, 2026, in Campo Grande.
The project is promoted by Sinduscon MS, in partnership with Semu and Sintracom CG. Additionally, it has the support of the Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry and SENAI, as part of the Building Talents program.
This institutional collaboration enhances the initiative’s credibility and strengthens the participants’ integration into the job market.
In the first module of the ELAS Constroem Project, 40 women were qualified in three courses, demonstrating the direct impact on income generation and the professional transformation of the participants. Now, with the opening of new classes, the expectation is to further expand these results.
