The Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) is currently accepting applications for the Intensive Training Course for Industrial Workforce (Cipmoi), which offers free technical courses for professional qualification.
The free technical courses last for ten months and are aimed at individuals over 18 years old with completed elementary education, varying from level I to II according to the chosen area. It is important to emphasize that individuals with higher education, complete or incomplete, cannot participate.
Free Courses Offered
In total, there are 240 spots available, divided among four categories:

Selection Process in Three Stages
Candidates for qualification must go through a selection process structured in three stages. The first is a knowledge assessment test scheduled for January 19. Candidates who advance will participate in individual interviews, conducted between January 23 and February 21.

Enrollment for Free Courses
To enroll in the free technical courses, it is necessary to go in person to the Cipmoi secretary’s office, located in room 2031, in block 03 of the School of Engineering, on the UFMG Pampulha. Service is available Monday to Friday, from 6 PM to 9:30 PM, and enrollment must be completed by January 17.
