Embratur, under the leadership of Marcelo Freixo, is looking for new talents to strengthen its workforce, essential for implementing strategic actions aimed at putting Brazil in the spotlight in the international tourism scene.

Embratur is offering an initial salary of R$ 3,158.59 for the assistant position and R$ 8,302.44 for the analyst, with a workload of 40 hours per week. In addition to the salary, hired employees will be entitled to a range of benefits that make this opportunity even more appealing:

Food allowance of R$ 1,877.88
Education allowance and language courses
Childcare/school/babysitter allowance
Allowance for children with disabilities

Maternity leave of 180 days and paternity leave of 30 days

Selection Process: How to Participate?

Applications must be made exclusively on the Fapetec website. Candidates must complete the online registration on the portal.

In the main menu, it is necessary to select the “Selection Processes” tab to access the “Announcements and Communications” area. The application fee is R$ 60 for the assistant position and R$ 90 for the analyst.

According to information from Embratur, the selection process includes objective and descriptive tests, which will be conducted online on August 28. The tests will last approximately 4 hours and will be eliminatory and classificatory.

To take the assessment, candidates must use a computer or laptop with Windows 7 or higher, or MacOS.

The recommended browsers are Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome, and a working front webcam is required. Tablets, phones, or devices with Linux distributions are not permitted, according to the announcement.

Stages of the Selection Process

The selection process is divided into stages, according to the desired position. For the assistant position, the stages include:

Objective and Descriptive Test: Online evaluation of an eliminatory and classificatory nature.
Document Analysis: Eliminatory.

For the analyst position, the stages are:

According to Marcelo Freixo, president of Embratur, this is the first selection process since the institution became an agency in 2020.
