The home office positions are for working as an attendant, a role responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels provided by the company. For the attendant position, candidates must have completed high school and be over 18 years old, in addition to presenting good verbal fluency, diction, written communication skills, friendliness, commitment to work in a team, ability to learn quickly and adapt, with a commitment to excellence in customer service. Those approved will work from 8 AM to 6 PM.

The telemarketing operator assists the customer with the goal of selling products, providing assistance, collecting outstanding bills, cancelling, changing plans, promoting agreements, conducting satisfaction surveys, providing information about services, among other activities.
