Visual Communication Company Disappears In The Middle Of The Night Taking Equipment, Documents And Leaving 45 Workers Without Answers. Labor Public Ministry And Police Investigate.
On the morning of Monday, March 24, 2025, employees of a visual communication company in Pirajuí, a city 56 km from Bauru (SP), experienced one of the most unusual episodes ever recorded in the region. They arrived for another normal workday and found the warehouse completely empty: no equipment, furniture, or administrative documents were present. Only papers scattered on the floor and the silence of an abandoned environment.
The situation shocked the 45 employees of the company, who, besides not knowing what had happened, discovered that the owner had also disappeared, along with his family. According to a report published by the Sampi portal, the employees were surprised by prior notices sent via email at 3 a.m., with retroactive dates to March 21, suggesting a mass layoff without formal notice or prior dialogue.
Company Equipment Disappeared During The Night
The company operated in the visual communication sector and had complete infrastructure, including computers, industrial printers, graphic materials, and appliances. Everything disappeared. The workers believe that the removal of the items occurred in the early hours of the weekend.

According to Sampi.net, the equipment at the company included everything from laser cutting machines to digital printing systems, all of high value. Not even everyday items, such as refrigerators, microwaves, and water coolers, remained in the warehouse.
Owner Vanished With Family
After noticing the disappearance, the employees tried to contact the owner by phone, social media, and even went to his home, where they encountered the same scenario: closed house, absent residents, and no answers. Neighbors reported that the family had left in a hurry without saying goodbye or communicating any changes.
According to G1 Bauru e Marília, as of the time of publication, no official justification had been provided by the company, nor had legal representatives come forward to provide clarifications.
Case Was Taken To The Labor Public Ministry
Given the gravity of the incident, the employees filed a police report and contacted the Labor Public Ministry (MPT). The entity has already initiated an investigation to ascertain possible abandonment of employment ties, labor crime, and concealment of company assets.
According to sources from MPT-SP, this type of occurrence is treated with priority, especially because it involves a potential labor default, disrespect for legislation, and direct harm to dozens of families in the city.
