Applications Are Now Open for the Internship Program to Work in Various Areas at Equatorial Energy Group in the Cities: São Luís, Pinheiro, and Imperatriz, in Maranhão
According to Equatorial Energy, the internship positions in Maranhão are for: Human Resources, Legal, Engineering, Environmental, Endomarketing, Accounting, Customer Relations, Information Technology and Telecom, Billing, Supply, Logistics, among others. A total of 80 positions will be made available by the Equatorial Energy Group for its operating states (Pará, Maranhão, Piauí, and Alagoas).

Prerequisites Proposed by Equatorial Energy
Candidates for the internship positions must not only be enrolled in their courses but also meet other prerequisites such as having knowledge of the Office Suite, availability for 20 or 30 hours a week, in addition to residing in the city of the internship position, or having the ability to commute daily to the internship site. The selection process will be conducted innovatively through an Artificial Intelligence system with virtual stages including assessments, group activities, and interviews.

Stages of the Selection Process to Compete for the Internship
- Application and online tests (until April 14);
- Assessments and online game (April 16 to 25);
- Group activities (May 3 to 14); and
- Final interviews (May 10 to 21).
The expected start date for the internship is June of this year. Selected candidates may receive benefits such as transportation assistance, meal allowance, and parking, in addition to the internship stipends.
Selected candidates will also undergo a process of structured actions for development, a new initiative that includes technical and behavioral training that will be offered during the internship, aimed at enhancing knowledge and complementing academic education.
