The position is 100% remote, with a CLT hiring regime and a salary between R$ 2,500.00 and R$ 3,000.00. The hired person will work directly in assisting and supporting young candidates on the Eureca platform, focusing on resolving doubts, offering guidance, and maintaining the quality of the user experience. The challenge is to solve problems quickly, track satisfaction indicators, and collaborate with the operations and technology teams to propose continuous improvements in support processes. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for updating informational content and monitoring service levels, such as SLAs and NPS.
