How the Course Works
Targeted at health and education professionals, the program aims to promote critical thinking and the implementation of effective strategies.

Selection Process
To ensure transparency and select the best candidates, the selection will be based on the Curriculum Vitae and a Letter of Intent. The scoring criteria are divided as follows:
- Relevant Experiences: up to 4 points
- Letter of Intent: up to 6 points
Candidates need to score at least 6 points to qualify. In case of a tie, other factors will be analyzed, such as experience in public service, length of service, and age.
According to Fiocruz, this process is essential to identify professionals who will genuinely benefit from the training and can apply the knowledge gained in their professional practices.
The requirement for a Letter of Intent also encourages candidates to reflect on their motivations and objectives when entering the course.
