There will be 14 fully funded Professional Education scholarships offered, which is the highest number of spots ever offered in a class.

The scholarships are intended for candidates with a family income of up to four minimum wages and who are from the public education system in Rio de Janeiro.
The admission process will consist of a public draw, conducted by the Federal Lottery, scheduled for February 10, an objective test, and a technical aptitude test administered by Le Cordon Bleu.
To apply, candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old, possess their own CPF, and present a declaration of financial hardship. Those selected will have to take objective tests in Portuguese and Mathematics on February 23. The approved candidates will also take a specific skills test at Le Cordon Bleu on the 27th of this month.

The certification for the Cordon Tec course will be issued by the traditional culinary institute along with Faetec. With a duration of 12 months, the program provides the skills and knowledge necessary for professionals to develop competencies in both cooking and pastry. Students will receive the same techniques as those in classical Culinary School courses, with the added benefit that these students are trained to work in restaurants, hotels, catering services, clubs, pubs, cafes, and bakeries.
