Free course in water resources will have selection by order of registration
The selection of candidates will be made by order of registration, within the limit of available spots.
This means that correctly filling out the form and submitting it within the deadline established by the notice are decisive steps for those intending to compete for one of the opportunities opened by the institute.
The notice states that the list of selected candidates will be published by IFSULDEMINAS on July 1, 2026, after 2 p.m.
The institution also foresees the publication of a reserve list, which may be used if not all spots are effectively filled or if there is a need for new calls.
Although registration is free, the official document clarifies that participation in the course does not include payment of a scholarship to students.
The gratuity refers to the offer of training, registrations, and access to the FIC course, with no provision for financial aid for the selected participants.
Who can participate in the IFSULDEMINAS selection
People who are at least 16 years old at the time of registration can apply.
It is also necessary to have a CPF, provide a valid email address, and meet the minimum education requirement defined in the notice, which requires complete Elementary Education, with subsequent proof if the candidate is selected.
After selection, the student must send digital documentation during a period to be informed by the institution.
Among the required documents are the front and back of an identity document, such as RG or CNH, as well as proof of completion of complete Elementary Education or education higher than this level.
Document verification will be part of the enrollment regularization process.
If IFSULDEMINAS identifies incorrect information, irregularity in documentation, age below the required, or education incompatible with the notice, the candidate may be removed from the course or prevented from receiving certification.
Enrollment, access to Moodle, and rules for certification
IFSULDEMINAS will be responsible for providing the enrollment of selected candidates.
After that, students should follow the instructions sent by the institution, including through the email registered at enrollment, as this channel will be used for communications about the selection process and the course progress.
The course will be offered remotely through the Moodle platform.
To remain regularly enrolled in the program, the selected student must access the virtual environment within the first 15 days, as failure to access during this period may lead to removal and the call of an alternate candidate.
Certification also depends on academic and administrative requirements.
The notice states that the student must confirm monthly attendance in the National System of Professional and Technological Education Information, the Sistec, in addition to achieving a minimum average of 60% performance and completing the institutional course evaluation.
The document also emphasizes that only students who confirm attendance in the official system of the Secretariat of Professional and Technological Education of the Ministry of Education will receive a certificate.
This step is mandatory during the course execution and is part of the conditions for formal completion of the program.
Offer depends on minimum occupancy of vacancies
The opening of classes is subject to filling 75% of the offered vacancies, as provided in the notice.
The institution also informs that the start of the offer may be canceled or postponed if there is interest from the administration or unavailability of budgetary resources.
In practice, registration and pre-enrollment demonstrate interest and allow participation in the selection process, but do not guarantee the course will take place before institutional confirmation.
The notice makes it clear that execution depends on administrative and financial conditions, as well as the minimum necessary enrollment to open the class.
If the number of spots is not initially filled, IFSULDEMINAS may make new calls later.
These calls should be published on the institutional portal, and candidates on the waiting list may also be contacted by email, according to the rules of the selection process.
How to enroll in the free EAD course
Interested parties must fill out the electronic registration form in the Suap system of IFSULDEMINAS by June 30, 2026.
