Understanding the importance and complexity of this topic, SESI Ceará held its First Forum on Mental Health at Work. Workers from the FIEC System, the Federation of Trade in Goods, Services, and Tourism of Ceará (Fecomércio-CE), and the Ceará industry participated in the event.
The Regional Superintendent of SESI Ceará and the Regional Director of SENAI Ceará, Paulo André Holanda, welcomed the audience and emphasized the importance of investing in health in the workplace.

SENAI-AM Students Have Opportunities to Present Solutions in the Area of Mechanics in Ergonomics
Training projects related to the market and addressing the needs of the Manaus Industrial Hub (PIM) have been very important recently. This was the case for students in the Industrial Mechanics Technical course who presented their final projects to the judging panel on Monday, 22, at Escola SENAI Waldemiro Lustoza. In total, four teams successfully demonstrated their potential and technical knowledge in ergonomics.
The students put into practice, through prototypes, the theoretical knowledge received in classes held over more than a year of the course, which develop essential skills for the job market, such as the ability to interpret technical drawings, use specific tools, and carry out assembly and disassembly of machines.
According to José Alan Moreira, the manager of Escola SENAI Waldemiro Lustoza, the technical training in industrial mechanics provided by SENAI is recognized for its quality and relevance in the market.

SENAI Amapá Announces More Than 200 Vacancies in the First Announcements of Free Courses for 2024
SENAI Amapá, in its constant pursuit of innovation and development opportunities, opened a selection process aimed at filling vacancies in free Professional Qualification courses. The Training Centers in Macapá, Santana, and Vale do Jari (Laranjal do Jari, Monte Dourado, and Vitória do Jari) are offering a great opportunity for those looking to specialize in various areas.

On January 30 and 31, SENAI CETIQT College, located in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, will offer completely free workshops on clothing and accessory customization for everyone who loves fashion and carnival.
The workshop is in-person and aims to provide practical learning opportunities for people who enjoy fashion and carnival. Participants will have the chance to learn how to customize their own clothing and accessories and will receive an official participation certificate.
The activities will be conducted by professors Iria Fois and Barbara Poci, who are specialists in Technology in Production and Garment Manufacturing, respectively. All materials needed for customization will be provided by the College, which received support from Caçula Stores, a reference in trims, stationery, carnival items, and more.

SENAI-DF Offers Opportunities for Free Courses Through the DF Inova Tech Program
The National Service for Industrial Training of the Federal District (SENAI-DF) has 1,063 vacancies for free courses through the DF Inova Tech program. The initiative is a partnership between the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of the DF, the Foundation for Research Support of the DF (FAP-DF), and Senai-DF. The purpose is to qualify individuals for the productive sector, encouraging innovation and providing great opportunities for those seeking development and professional training.
