Young Apprentice Program
Requirements: Anyone over 18 years of age (due to the particularity of the function) who has completed high school or is in progress may enroll. Ease of use of mobile and computer applications.
Tasks:
- Receive daily instructions from direct leadership to carry out tasks;
- Follow work instructions;
- Perform routine work in the productive areas;
- Comply with the safety and quality procedure standards relevant to the function and participate in training applied by the company, when called upon;
- Maintain order and discipline in the work environment, in addition to looking after the company's assets.
