Young Apprentice Program

Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years old (due to the nature of the role) and have completed or be pursuing high school education. Must be comfortable using mobile apps and computers.

Tasks: 

  • Receive daily instructions from direct leadership for task execution;
  • Follow work instructions;
  • Perform routine tasks in production areas;
  • Comply with safety and quality procedure standards relevant to the role and participate in training provided by the company when called;
  • Maintain order and discipline in the workplace, as well as take care of the company’s assets.
