Techint Brasil is hiring for the construction and assembly of the Thermoelectric Power Plant (UTE) Jaguatirica II, by Eneva, in Roraima. New hires will be made in the coming months. At the peak of the works, the forecast is to have 1.100 professionals working in the facilities. The start of operation of UTE Jaguatirica II is scheduled for the second half of 2021.
The plant will meet 70% of Roraima's electricity consumption, which will allow for the shutdown of diesel generation capacity, with a consequent reduction in generation costs and emissions.
