Quality Monitor
Requirements demanded by GOL: Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite and completed or ongoing higher education. The candidate must have intermediate Spanish, with English being a differential.
It is essential to have at least 2 years of prior experience in customer service, in addition to experience with quality monitoring tools and service metrics.
The professional must also have knowledge of quality control techniques, continuous improvement, data analysis skills, report preparation, and familiarity with customer service standards and best practices.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Requirements demanded by GOL: Completed high school and knowledge of the Office Suite. Intermediate English skills, with reading and interpretation ability, are necessary.
The candidate must have completed technical training in Aircraft Maintenance, as well as hold 1 CHT and 18 months of experience in the maintenance field.
