- Registered in the PIS/Pasep for at least five years;
- Having Received, on Average, Up to Two Minimum Wages Monthly During 2023;
- Having Worked with Formal Registration for at Least 30 Days in the Base Year;
- Having Their Data Correctly Reported by the Employer via RAIS or eSocial.
Not Entitled Are: Temporary, Domestic Workers, and Interns. These Groups Are Excluded from the Payment, Even If They Have Employment Ties During the Period.
The Calculation Considers The Amount Proportional to the Months Worked, Which Means That, For Example, Those Who Worked for Six Months Will Receive Half of the Benefit.
How to Consult the PIS/Pasep
The Consultation Can Be Made Through the App Digital Work Card (Available for Android and iOS), Through the Portal Gov.br, by Phone 158, or In-Person at Regional Labor Superintendencies.
In the Private Sector (PIS), the Federal Savings Bank Makes Payments with Credit in Account, Withdrawals via the App Caixa Tem, Agencies, Lottery Outlets, or Self-Service Terminals.
For Public Servants (Pasep), the Bank of Brazil Provides Deposits in Accounts, Transfers via TED or Pix, and In-Person Withdrawals.
Deadline for Withdrawal and Calendar Closing
Withdrawals Can Be Made Until December 29, 2025. After This Date, the Amount Will No Longer Be Withdrawable and Will Be Returned to the Worker Assistance Fund (FAT).
According to the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the Benefit Is Not Cumulative and Each Year Follows Its Own Calendar, Being Necessary to Wait for the Annual Release According to the Time Worked.
