Courses Are An Opportunity For Professional Growth With Free Training In Several Areas For Public Servants And The General Population

The Government School of Public Administration of Pernambuco (Egape) has opened registrations for 35 free courses, totaling 5,200 slots. With opportunities in in-person and distance learning modalities, the institution aims to qualify public servants and the general public, promoting learning aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Check how to participate and take advantage of this professional growth opportunity, according to the Diário de Pernambuco website.

In-Person Training: Learn With Practical Experience

State and municipal servants can choose from seven in-person courses, such as the course “Management and Oversight of Administrative Contracts”. This training is ideal for those who wish to work as managers or auditors of contracts, contributing to the efficiency and transparency of public processes.

With a practical approach, the course requires only basic knowledge in Terms of Reference. By the end, participants will be able to apply best practices in public administration.

Digital Transformation In The Public Sector: Distance Learning Courses With Tutoring

In the distance learning modality with tutoring, public servants can enroll in the course “Process Automation for Digital Transformation in the Public Sector”. With a workload of 20 hours, this qualification teaches how to use management to improve governmental management.

Process automation is a essential skill for those wishing to innovate in public service. This course prepares professionals to implement digital solutions that optimize time and reduce operational costs.

Opportunities For The General Public: Flexibility In Autonomous Distance Learning

Egape also offers autonomous distance learning courses open to the general public, starting from December 2. To participate, a complete high school education is required. Among the available options, the course “Basics for Drafting Terms of Reference (TR) Based on the New Procurement Law” stands out.

This course teaches how to create efficient contracts, compliant with Federal Law No. 14.133/21. Other trainings include topics such as “Database”, “Intra and Interpersonal Communication”, and “Image Editing and Processing”. All qualifications offer flexibility for students to learn at their own pace.
