Offshore Safety Technician

Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Collect Safety Observation Cards (SOC) and suggestions from the vessel and enter them in DOCMAP. Monitor deadlines for actions and closure of observations;
Keep original SOCs filed and organized onboard;
Monitor PPRA documents, Risk Maps, and Confined Space Plan of the vessel;
Assist with environmental assessments (PPRA, ergonomic analyses, etc.) conducted onboard whenever necessary/requested;
Conduct Safety, Environmental, and Health Dialogues (DDSMS);
Periodically deliver lectures and/or meetings addressing safety aspects;
Develop and implement maintenance, cleaning, and storage plans and procedures for PPEs; etc…

Requirements

Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration;
Advanced level of English;
Desired offshore experience;
