Wilson Sons has its own shipyard located in Guarujá (SP), where sophisticated vessels are built primarily for internal use, but also for third parties. The shipyard is capable of constructing small and medium-sized vessels, specializing in tugs and PSVs. The unit is also responsible for the maintenance of a significant portion of the company’s fleet of tugs and PSVs. It also has a unit in Niterói and an office in downtown Rio de Janeiro.

Occupational Safety Engineer (Mid-Level)
Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and managing the activities of the Occupational Safety area, as well as performing safety engineering activities in all processes of the unit to prevent and reduce workplace accidents at the Shipyard; Identify hazards, control and monitor existing risks in processes; Issue reports and monitor third-party activities.
Requirements: Experience in Process Risk Analysis and in Accident Investigation and Analysis; Maintenance of the firefighter project system; Development and management of occupational safety and health programs, such as PPRA/PCA/PPR/PCMAT; Performance indicators; Management of legal requirements; Technical assistance in labor processes; Occupational hygiene;
Knowledge of behavior-based safety programs; Knowledge of Environmental Licensing; Waste management; Proficiency in Office Suite; Good communication, cooperation, teamwork.
Work Location: Guarujá – São Paulo.

Senior Occupational Safety Technician
Requirements: High School Diploma, plus a course in Occupational Safety Technician; Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician; Intermediate Office Suite skills; Basic First Aid knowledge; Firefighting knowledge; Knowledge of Regulatory Standards.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting and advising on SMS-related matters within the work environment, such as legislation, standards, procedures; Disseminate safety culture in the work environment; Participate in SMS-related activities concerning their tasks; Promote the integration of SMS activities through applicable plans, programs, and actions; Coordinate the investigation and analysis process of workplace and environmental accidents; Monitor inspections by SMS authorities.
