The Honda Pop 110i, The Cheapest Motorcycle in Brazil, Arrives on the Market in May Priced Under R$ 10 Thousand. The Affordable Honda Motorcycle Received Some Improvements Such as Electric Start and Also Improvements in Performance. Check it Out!
The cheapest motorcycle in Brazil, the Honda Pop 110i, comes with interesting updates in the 2025 model. The ‘moped’ received a new engine, gained electric start, and a rotary gearbox with semi-automatic clutch, similar to that of the Biz. Thus, the new ‘affordable Honda motorcycle’ gained power and torque and became more practical and comfortable. With the changes, the Honda Pop 2025 also meets the fifth phase of Promot, a pollutant emission program, which will make new motorcycles pollute less.
Honda Pop 110i 2025 Will Arrive in May with a Suggested Retail Price of R$ 9,690
Despite the significant changes in the engine and transmission, the affordable Honda motorcycle did not undergo changes in its design. The only visual difference from the old model is the graphics, featuring the inscription ES (electric start), and the Honda name on the front fairing.
According to the Japanese manufacturer, the Pop, the cheapest motorcycle in Brazil and the best-selling in 2023, aims to be an accessible model, and any change could impact the final price to consumers.

Without a category A driver’s license, without a minimum age of 21, and without two years of licensing: a new Provisional Measure from the government allows any Brazilian aged 18 to become a motorcycle courier or motorcycle taxi driver with just an Authorization to Drive a Moped on a 50cc motorcycle.
The good news is that, despite having evolved, the price of the model has increased by just over R$ 100. The Honda Pop 110i 2025 will reach stores in May with a suggested retail price of R$ 9,690.
The price does not include shipping and other fees. With identical fairings and colors to the previous model, the low-cost Honda motorcycle brings its main change in the engine. Although the piston has a smaller diameter and a longer stroke (47 mm x 63.1 mm), the cubic capacity has not changed. Therefore, the single-cylinder engine maintains the same cubic capacity of 109.1 cm³.
Cheapest Motorcycle in Brazil Delivers 49.5 km/liter
Despite everything, the performance of the new Honda Pop 110i 2025 has improved. Fueled by electronic injection, the single-cylinder produces 5% more power – 8.43 hp at 7,250 rpm – and 6% more torque – 0.94 hp at 5,000 rpm – compared to the old model. According to Honda, fuel consumption has not increased. The model achieves 49.5 km/liter of gasoline, as its engine is not flex.
Another very welcome update is the electric start. The old model still had the obsolete and impractical kick start. Created in 2007 to be an accessible mobility option, the Pop quickly became a sales success. Replacing bicycles and ‘jegues’ in remote areas, the moped has a simple yet robust design. Another characteristic is its light weight and ease of handling.
Honda Pop 110i 2025 Is Even Easier to Ride
In the 2025 model, the dry weight of the most affordable motorcycle in Brazil remains at 87 kg, but the Pop has become even easier to ride. Instead of a conventional clutch, the moped features a semi-automatic centrifugal clutch. Thus, there is no clutch lever; you only need to step on the shift pedal to change gears, all downward.
The five-speed transmission of the affordable Honda motorcycle is now also rotary. In practice, this means that when stopping at a traffic light, for example, the rider can shift from fourth to first gear simply by stepping down on the pedal.
The transmission and clutch system is the same used in the Honda Biz 110 and Biz 125. Being a simple design focused on reducing production and maintenance costs, the Honda Pop 110i 2025 has maintained the spartan cycling package.

Não aconselho ninguém comprar uma moto, praticamente toda de plástico custando um valor absurdo.
