I have a Honda. I've had several. If Toyota comes out with this car doing 30 km/l (but if it does 20 km/l, that's enough), it will ruin everything they're preparing for the future.

At the right price, doing km like a hybrid or electric, it will run over everyone

I have had my HRV, already on my second one, since 2017; an excellent car. Then Honda launched the new HRV, a square car with no power; as a result, it lost market share. The Corolla Cross dominates, as it is much more powerful.
Then it takes the Honda FIT out of production and hands the market over to Toyota, with the Yaris. My daughter switched to the Yaris.
This fight will be tough, but Toyota has been winning against Honda, and it won't be any different now in 2025.
The Honda Civic loses **** to the Corolla, I had a 2015, very good, but the new one didn't work well.
