Honor 600 line expands the premium market dispute by betting on high-capacity battery, 200 MP camera, and extreme brightness AMOLED screen. The series presented by the Chinese manufacturer also draws attention for its visual similarity to that adopted by Apple in the latest iPhone models.
Honor officially expanded the availability of the Honor 600 line in the United Kingdom on May 6, reinforcing the brand’s international expansion strategy with devices aimed at the premium segment and focusing on battery autonomy, advanced photography, and fast charging.
In addition to the Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro, the manufacturer also confirmed the arrival of the Honor 600 Lite in specific markets, although the main models have attracted more attention due to the rear design that resembles the visual language used by Apple in the iPhone 17 Pro line.
The adoption of more vibrant colors also drew attention, especially the orange finish, a shade that has regained strength among premium cell phones after the versions presented by Apple during global launches held in the second half of last year.

Another point that highlighted the series was the promise of a battery with a capacity of up to 7,000 mAh in global versions of the Honor 600 Pro, a number significantly higher than that found in the main premium models currently sold by Apple.
Honor 600 bets on above-average autonomy
Although Honor highlights the 7,000 mAh battery on international pages of the Honor 600 Pro, the manufacturer reports a capacity of 6,400 mAh for the version officially sold in the United Kingdom, a difference that indicates possible regional adjustments according to the distribution market.

Even with the technical variation, the capacity disclosed for the British model remains above that found in the iPhone 17 Pro Max in eSIM versions, indicated in teardowns and technical records as close to 5,088 mAh, although Apple does not officially disclose this data.
While the North American manufacturer usually emphasizes autonomy based on video playback and iOS energy efficiency, Honor directs its strategy towards more aggressive physical capacity numbers, especially with the adoption of silicon-carbon batteries in the new generation.
This type of technology is being used by Chinese manufacturers to increase energy density without a proportional increase in the internal space occupied by the battery, allowing for larger capacities without compromising the thickness of the latest premium devices as much.
According to Honor, the new cell was designed to preserve battery health for up to five years of use, a promise that follows the recent trend of manufacturers to extend the lifespan of high-end smartphones.
Fast charging and resistance reinforce premium package
In addition to the high-capacity battery, the Honor 600 line comes equipped with 80 W fast wired charging, a solution that aims to reduce the time needed for a full recharge even on devices with higher energy capacity.
In the case of the Honor 600 Pro, the manufacturer also added wireless charging of up to 50 W, as well as support for 27 W reverse charging, a feature used to power compatible accessories and even other mobile devices.
At the same time, the Chinese company reinforced the devices’ resistance package with IP68, IP69, and IP69K certifications, a combination that extends protection against dust, water jets, and specific liquid exposure situations in controlled environments.

Despite this, manufacturers usually warn that liquid damage may not be covered under certain usage conditions, especially when the device is exposed to situations different from the parameters tested in the laboratory.
8,000-nit AMOLED screen becomes a highlight of the new generation
Another differential presented by Honor is the 6.57-inch AMOLED screen used in the line’s models, equipped with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of up to 8,000 nits in specific scenarios.
Although this peak does not represent sustained brightness during everyday use, the number places the series among smartphones with the highest announced luminous intensity currently, especially in conditions of high external light incidence.
Meanwhile, the panel also features high contrast, intense color reproduction, and greater visual fluidity during browsing, gaming, and video playback, characteristics that have become central to the premium segment in recent years.
Honor is trying to capitalize on this appreciation for displays among advanced device consumers, especially in a scenario where manufacturers compete for attention not only through raw performance but also through the visual experience delivered daily.
200 MP camera setup expands focus on photography
In the photography sector, the Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro use a **200 MP** main camera with f/1.9 aperture, autofocus, and optical image stabilization, a setup that concentrates a good part of the manufacturer’s commercial strategy for the new line.
In addition to the main camera, the Honor 600 Pro adds a **50 MP** periscopic telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, accompanied by a 12 MP ultrawide sensor aimed at wider photos and shots in various environments.
The front part received a **50 MP** camera, a solution primarily aimed at high-resolution selfies, video calls, and content production for social media, a segment that has gained increasing importance among premium manufacturers.

In recent years, Chinese companies have heavily invested in high-resolution sensors as a way to compete directly with Apple and Samsung, especially in markets where mobile photography has become one of the main factors in consumer choice.
Prices in the UK and Honor’s scenario in Brazil
In the British market, the Honor 600 was launched starting from **£549.99**, while the Honor 600 Pro arrived for **£899.99** in the 512 GB internal storage configuration, without considering possible launch promotions and temporary coupons.
In direct conversion and without the inclusion of Brazilian taxes, the values are close to R$ 3.2 thousand and R$ 5.2 thousand, positioning the line below some of the most expensive premium models currently sold by Apple.
Even without official confirmation about the arrival of the Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro in Brazil, the manufacturer has been gradually expanding its presence in the national market through regional partnerships and portfolio expansion.
The brand’s Brazilian website already displays recent devices from the company, including models from the Magic line, although there is no public confirmation yet regarding the national launch of the main members of the Honor 600 family.
In parallel, the Honor 600 Lite appears on international pages as a more accessible alternative of the new generation, bringing a smaller battery, intermediate specifications, and a proposal aimed at consumers looking for a balance between price and premium features.
With a focus on high autonomy, fast charging, and aggressive specifications for photography and display, Honor increases competitive pressure on traditional manufacturers precisely in one of the most disputed segments of the global smartphone market.
