IFNMG – Arinos Campus has opened registrations for a new selection process for free technical courses in EAD modality, with in-person hubs in Minas Gerais and Goiás. The offer is extensive, the selection process is simple, it does not require ENEM scores or entrance exams, and the spots are allocated through an electronic lottery, ensuring equal chances for all candidates.

Free EAD Technical Courses with Hybrid Classes

The courses from notice 13/2024 from IFNMG are offered in the Concurrent/Subsequent modality. This means that both students currently enrolled in high school (concurrent modality) and those who have already completed high school (subsequent) can participate.

The classes are conducted in a hybrid format, meaning:

• Online activities through the IFNMG platform, accessible from anywhere with internet
• Weekly in-person meetings at the chosen hub (one day a week)
• Average duration of 1.5 years (3 semesters)

This structure is ideal for those who need to balance study with work, family life, or other responsibilities. The content is developed with technical quality and a focus on employability — with the credibility of a federal technical course diploma.

How Does the Selection Work?

The selection will be conducted entirely free and digitally, through an electronic lottery. This ensures a fair, transparent, and accessible process, without tests, essays, or analysis of academic records.

• Registrations: from July 11 to August 10, 2025
• Electronic lottery: August 15, 2025
• Final result: published by course and hub, in order of classification
• How to register: exclusively online through the official IFNMG website

Important: the candidate must have a valid CPF and a valid email to register.

Who Can Register?

The process is open to two profiles of candidates:

• Subsequent Modality: for those who have already completed high school
• Concurrent Modality: for those who are enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of high school in another school

There is also a reservation of 50% of the spots for candidates from public schools, with sub-quota for black, brown, indigenous, quilombola, people with disabilities (PwD), and graduates from Family Agricultural Schools (EFA).

The selection prioritizes social and regional inclusion, expanding access to free technical education even for those living in rural areas or small towns in the interior of MG and GO.
