The National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) is preparing to hold a new contest and will launch an announcement aiming to replenish its staff. According to confirmed information, the exam will offer a total of 412 vacancies in response to the need to fill positions at the Institute, which currently has over 880 unfilled vacancies.
Although there are still no specific details about the positions and the available vacancies, it is expected that the new announcement will address the vacant positions in the agency.
Currently, The INPI Displays The Following Numbers of Vacant Positions:
- 89 vacancies for Planning, Management, and Infrastructure Analyst in Industrial Property;
- 403 vacancies for Industrial Property Researcher;
- 51 vacancies for Industrial Property Technologist;
- 130 vacancies for Industrial Property Technician;
- 209 vacancies for Technician in Planning, Management, and Infrastructure in Industrial Property.
Requirements That Will Likely Be in The Announcement for The INPI Contest:
- Industrial Property Researcher: diploma of completion of a higher education course in a specific area and registration with the respective professional council, if applicable.
- Industrial Property Technologist: diploma of completion of a higher education course in a specific area and registration with the respective professional council, if applicable.
- Planning, Management, and Infrastructure Analyst in Industrial Property: diploma of completion of a higher education course in a specific area and registration with the respective professional council, if applicable.
- Technician in Planning, Management, and Infrastructure in Industrial Property: certificate of completion of a high school or equivalent course issued by an educational institution recognized by the MEC.
- Industrial Property Technician: certificate of completion of a high school or equivalent course issued by an educational institution recognized by the MEC.

2012 Announcement Offered 250 Vacancies for Various Positions
In 2012, the announcement of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) contest provided opportunities for the positions of Researcher, Technologist, Industrial Property Technician, Analyst, and Technician in Planning, Management, and Infrastructure in Industrial Property, totaling 250 vacancies. The validity of the selection ended in May 2015.
