Free Online EAD Courses for TCC Advisors at the Federal Institute of ES. Applications Are Now Open and Can Be Made from Anywhere in Brazil.
The Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES) has announced the opening of applications for the Course of TCC (Final Paper) Advisors Training, according to the Unified Notice 040/2024. The course, which will be taught online (EAD), offers 80 new spots for the 2024 academic year.
This course aims to train advisors for the Final Paper (TCF), focusing on qualified guidance for developing researchers during the stages of a scientific work. It will be conducted entirely online.

- The role of collaborative teaching in Distance Education and the importance of pedagogical mediation;
- Synchronous and asynchronous communication methods, as well as techniques to promote interaction and affectivity;
- Necessary skills for the mediating teacher, including assessment, monitoring, and providing feedback in EAD.
Selection Method:
Candidates will be selected through an Electronic Lottery, with classification determined by the order of the draw. This event will be streamed live on the Cefor channel on YouTube, and details will be available on the Cefor and IFES websites dedicated to the selection process.
Announcement of Results:
The final result of the selection process will be published on the institution’s website, listing candidates in descending order of classification, as determined by the Notice.
