Enroll Now in the Free Technical Courses at the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG)
The Federal Institute of Goiás – IFG has decided to give you the opportunity to attend high school alongside technical courses or just the technical courses, to individuals who have not yet completed their studies or simply seek training in a specific area. Take advantage of the many opportunities offered by IFG. There are 1,914 vacancies across 14 campuses in Goiás. Those interested must register through the IFG website by the 31st of this month.

The courses are completely free, and the selection will be done through a virtual lottery. Students will also have the opportunity to enroll in the Youth and Adult Education program (EJA).
In Goiânia, the available technical courses are Environmental Control, Construction, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Musical Instruments, Mining and Telecommunications, Clinical Analysis, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Health Surveillance. These courses typically last from 3 to 4 years.

Many Vacancies Available at the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG)
For those wishing to join the EJA, IFG has made 501 spots available for selection. The offered courses are in Kitchen Technical, Systems Development Technical, and Nursing Technical, all with an average duration of 2 years.
For those who have already completed high school and wish to enroll in the subsequent modality, or those completing high school at another institution and wish to enter as concomitant, IFG has made approximately 153 spots available for the courses in Surveying Technical, Electrotechnics Technical, Mechanics Technical, and Mining Technical.
Registration and Selection Dates
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, student selection will be conducted through virtual lotteries, which will take place on IFG’s YouTube channel on March 10 for the EJA and Subsequent modalities, and March 11 and 12 for the high school-technical courses.
50% of the vacancies are reserved for students from public schools and those who self-declare as black, brown, and indigenous, as well as individuals with any type of disability.
