Ipiranga Opens Its Doors for the Formation of New Talents, with an Express Commitment to Value Diversity in Its Ranks.
Ipiranga has just announced the beginning of the second enrollment cycle of 2023 for its renowned internship program, Ipiranga Talent, starting this Thursday (22). Interested students must be in higher education, whether they are bachelor’s, licensed, or technological students, with expected graduation between January 2024 and August 2025.
A Look at Diversity and the Formation of Young Talents
Ipiranga Talent’s main goal is to train future talents for the company, while also seeking to promote diversity within its staff. This initiative is part of a series of practices that Ipiranga has implemented, focused on corporate plurality. As part of an affirmative action, the company will allocate 50% of the program’s spots for black and brown candidates.
According to Luciana Domagala, Vice President of People and Sustainability at Ipiranga, “promoting diversity is a way to expand our knowledge in this field, strengthen the exchange of experiences, and interact with a variety of cultures and life stories. All of this is vital for generating new ideas and businesses at a time when our industry seeks to grow in an increasingly sustainable manner. We continue to learn and improve in this journey.”
